November 9th 2005. Report: practical suggestion to better the metropolis

Aioros (L'altro blog era più bello) elaborates practical suggestion to better a metropolis. Here's a couple of them, translated for you by Italy is Falling:

Start up the production of cars with horns for triads and chords. Major tonality for generic signals, minor to signal danger, augmented seventh and ninth to signal "where the fuck is the way out this roundabout?" (...) To paint the road surface from grey to light pastel blue (...) To have more that alternate plates1: on the day x of the month y of the year z are allowed to circulate the vehicles with a plate with the last three units contained between n-k and n+k, where n=xyz mod 1000 and k is an integer smaller that 10 extracted every day by a blindfolded kid and published at midnight on a website of cellphone Jamba ringtones (...)

1. "Alternate plates" is a program enacted chronically to lower traffic pollution in Italian large cities. Plate numbers ending with an odd unit are allowed to circulate only on the odd day, even unit on the even day. What do you know.
